I love the look of planted flowers, even though I don’t have much of a green thumb. Thankfully, you don’t need a green thumb to stamp flowers and have them look pretty.

I loved the Friendship’s Sweetest Thoughts stamp set in the Occasions Catalog. A sweet message to anyone who you want to let know you’re thinking of them.

Tammy's Stamping Creations Stampin' Up! Friendship's Sweetest Thoughts

I knew I wanted to stamp the image on a circle, but I wanted to do it just a little differently. Instead of stamping it on white paper and cutting the circle out to mount on the front of the card, I cut the circle out and stamped on the inside of the card to have a peek through.

I used my Simply Scored Scoring Tool to make the ridges in the middle of the card, leading your eyes to the image.

I created the white scalloped boarder around the circle using the Layering Circles Framelis just to make the focal image stand out even more.

The image was colored using the Stampin’ Blends markers. If you like to color, these are a must have in your crafting stash!

I’m hoping you’re feeling a bit of spring in your neck of the woods; if not in weather, maybe in stamping! 🙂
