As a way of displaying the new In Colors, I decided to create a couple of card sets.
The first set I won’t spend too much time on since I used the same layout as I’ve done in the past (see previous post by clicking here). This card set happens to be one of the my most pinned pictures on Pinterest. Since it has been so popular, I decided to repeat it using the five new In Colors and the beautiful Fresh Floral DSP stack.
The next set is more subtle, but I think I like it even more. I paired up the Touches of Texture stamp set with Teeny Tiny Wishes.
The Powder Pink is so soft and gentle I thought it was perfect for a Thinking of You card.
Fresh Fig gives a bolder feel, but still very elegant. I did use second generation stamping so it wasn’t too dark.
Tranquil Tide gives a peaceful, well…tranquil feel to it.
Lemon Lime Twist is without a doubt the brightest color of the bunch. So far people either love it or they are not too sure about it but grow to love it. I loved it from the beginning. Even though my personality is really more quiet and reserved, I love the colors that are loud and bold.
Did you happen to notice the pearl details in the center of the flowers. Just a subtle accent that brings a lot of interest to the card, don’t you think?
Berry Burst is just a very happy color, in my opinion. Another color that is bold and beautiful.
I coordinated the stamping of the inside of each card as well.
I honestly can say that I love each of the five new In Colors. I can’t pick which one I like the best because I truly love them all for different reasons.
What about you? Which is your favorite?
Don’t forget you will not be able to order from the old catalog after June 1.
There are still a lot of great products at discounted prices. But you need to hurry; these retiring products are only available while supplies last. Here is the full list of retiring products – Retiring_List_US. Keep in mind there may be some items already sold out.
If you have any questions or have any issues in placing your order, please let me know, I would be happy to help you!
Thanks for stopping by!
